  • What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American
    Express processed through PAYPAL only. You do not need to have an account with PAYPAL to pay
    with your major credit card. We also accept e-check payments from PAYPAL account holders,
    however orders paid for with the e-check option will not be shipped until the e-check has cleared.
    This normally takes 3-5 business days. We will notify you once the e-check has cleared and your
    items are shipped.
  • What are my subscription options? There are several purchasing options:
  • Purchase month to month (no subscription)
  • Purchase a three (3) month subscription - three consecutive kits billed automatically
  • Purchase a six (6) month subscription - six consecutive months billed automatically.
  • How does my subscription work? At the time of subscription you are charged for your first
    months kit. On the second month between the 1st and 5th you will receive an email request for
    payment and to complete your subscription processing. Your chosen payment option will be
    automatically billed each month after that.
  • Can I subscribe to an add-on kit? At this time you must purchase your add-ons separately,
    however all add-ons do ship for free with a kit purchase or a subscription.
  • Do you offer skips? At this time we are not offering any skips, however we will take any situations
    that arise on a case by case basis. Please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns.
  • Can I cancel my subscription? You can cancel your subscription, however it must be cancelled at
    least 15 days prior to your card being charged. And there is a $15.00 cancellation fee which
    includes the discount offered. Again please contact us with any issues, we will do our best to
    accomodate you.                      
  • What are the kit release and shipping dates?  Sneak peeks and pre-ordering options are
    available to newsletter subscribers on the 15th of the prior month, kits are released on the site on
    the 1st of each month. Kits are shipped within 10 business days of completed payment processing
    (after the first of the month).  Any extenuating circumstances will be communicated immediately.
  • What are the shipping costs? Shipping & handling is $6.75 for kits purchased in a Scrapbook
    Takeout Container. You may also choose the no container rate, which does not include the
    Scrapbook Takeout Signature Containers. Please Note - Shipping and handling fees do not reflect
    USPS published rates, they include handling and packaging charges levied by Scrapbook Takeout.
  • Do you ship Internationally? Yes, if you would like to order one or our kits please contact us at
    feast@scrapbooktakeout.com with the kit you would like to order and we will calculate shipping and
    send you an invoice.
  • Do you have a referral program? Yes we do. Refer 5 friends to receive a free Preserve kit. Refer
    10 friends to receive a free Main Course kit. Refer 15 friends to receive a free Works kit. Your
    friends must communicate the referral to us in the comments section of their order for you to receive
    credit. We will track referrals for you and you do not need to get all of the referrals within one month
    to qualify for your free kit.
  • Do I receive exactly what is pictured in the kit? Yes you will receive the types and quantities of
    embellishments listed in each kit. However you may receive variations of colors with certain products
    and this is clearly notated in the kit contents where applicable.
  • Is the container cost included in the price of the kit? No, all containers are considered
    packaging, so you are not charged for takeout containers, preserves jars or any other specialty
    packaging we use. We reserve the right to change or discontinue the use of containers at anytime.
  • Can I return a kit? No, replacements will be sent for damaged or defective merchandise only. All
    inquiries for replacements will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
