3 Month Works Subscription Terms
| Your first kit will be charged today and will ship under our regular shipping terms after completed payment processing. You will then receive an email between the 1st and 5th of your second month requesting payment. After your second month your chosen payment method will be billed monthly until a request to cancel your subscription has been received. Please send all cancellation requests at least 15 days before you are due to be charged. Early termination will result in a charge of $15.00. There are no skip options. Please contact us anytime with questions or concerns.
